9/30/12 - Looking to the Week Ahead

Hi Guys...here what I have planned for the upcoming week. Lots of book reviews like usual.  The winner of the Summer Giveaway Hop will be announced later in the week as well!

Monday
I will be reviewing a wonderful new start to a great young adult fantasy series called the Assassin's Curse by Cassandra Rose Clarke.

Tuesday
A review for something different from Brandon Sanderson; his new novella Legion is more of a paranormal thriller than anything and it is really interesting.

Also this will be the starts of the Fangs, Fur, and Fey Giveaway Hop!

Wednesday
On Wednesday a review of a gothic and interesting YA paranormal book, A Dark Companion.  Also my weekly Waiting on Wednesday post.

Thursday
On Thursday we switch gears to science fiction where I will review the audiobook version of A Beautiful Friendship, a YA sci-fi novel prequel to David Weber's Honorverse series.

Friday
Finally on Friday I will reviewing the next, and absolutely wonderful, installment in the urban fantasy Charlie Madigan series.

So that's the plan for this coming week! Hope you guys have a great week of reading and enjoy the reviews.

Sunday Showcase and Mailbox Monday - 10/1/12

Hello and welcome to Showcase Sunday. Inspired by Pop Culture Junkie and the Story Siren, the aim of Showcase Sunday is to highlight our newest books or book related swag and to see what everyone else received for review, borrowed from libraries, bought in bookshops and downloaded onto eReaders each week. For more information about how this feature works and how to join in, click here.
Mailbox Monday can be found at: The Printed Page

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week (checked out library books don’t count, eBooks & audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

This is my Mailbox Monday for the last two weeks.  I got three books and one short story which you can see below.  I had a video but youtube is still processing it after an hour...so I think something went wrong.  Anyway you can still see the covers below.

Hope you got a lot of wonderful books and have a great week of reading!
