This week my teaser comes from Labyrinth
, the fifth book in Kat Richardson's Greywalker series
. This has been an excellent series, I really enjoy and am looking forward to the rest of this book.
Here it is: "Fascinating as hunting ghosts might sound, he was sure that whatever was causing the aberrant response was not something he wanted to tangle with. The signal was strong enough to push the dectector into a near over-loaded state and that couldn't be good." Pg. 5
Sounds like he needs to get out of there, and pretty quickly too.
