Book Blogger Hop: 5/13 - 5/16

Book Blogger HopThe Book Blogger Hop is a weekly event hosted by Jennifer at Crazy for Books and runs from Friday to Sunday. The Hop is a fantastic way to get your blog noticed more and visit some other cool blogs that you didn't know about before. Head over and sign up and see what you can find!

Each week a different twist will be added to the hop so that everyone gets to know each other better so here's my little bit of information this week.

"Are you going to Book Expo America (BEA) and/or the Book Blogger Convention (BBC) this year?"

I am excited to say "Yes I am!" Kind of...  I am actually flying out to NYC for a vacation the Friday before and will be staying through Tuesday.  So I will be there for some things on Monday and most of Tueday, but won't be there for the BBC or for Wednesday/Thursday.  Unfortunately I can only take so much time off of work.

If things go really great I am planning on going for the whole week next year.  Or maybe just the second half of the week so I can make it to the BBC.  I am a bit nervous about it all and still am not sure what to expect.  I am a bit worried that being there only one day won't give me enough time to do everything I want to do.

I will be posting about it while I am there, so stay tuned.  I also plan to have lots of great stuff to giveaway on my blog after my trip to BEA.

  1. Hi, I'm just hopping on by! It's so cool that you get to go to BEA (or at least the first day). Even though you're only going for a short time, I'm sure you'll still be able to get a lot out of it. I hope you have a good time there!

  2. Woah, LUCKY! You're going to BEA! I'm so, so jealous... I'm not going 'cause I'm an ocean away from America. Have a good time there!

  3. I paid for BBC (which includes BEA admission) this year, but with tuition for my youngest daughter coming up, I can't justify the train tix and hotel costs :( ... but there's always next year!
